An initial assessment session is £40, and any further sessions are £75. These sessions are for you to ‘assess’ whether I’m the right therapist for you, and to hear any clinical observations I may have before we commit to working together.

That’s absolutely fine! There’s no obligation to continue the process. Each assessment stands alone, and is there for you to become clearer about what you want from your therapy.

Therapy sessions cost £80 each. I have a few slots reserved for those on low incomes. If you’re on universal credit please do mention it when reaching out to see if I have any low cost slots available.

This is up to you! It really depends on what you want and can manage. Some people come with a specific issue to resolve - this might only take 10 sessions, for instance. Others might want to deepen their self-knowledge, or explore trans-generational patterns in longer term therapy.

I welcome everybody into my therapy room and attract clients from disparate backgrounds. I approach my work with cultural humility and I’m a committed anti-racist practitioner.

The way I pay mindful attention to you is the most fundamental and constant part of my practice. I do my best to respond to what you bring with care and sensitivity.
Psychodrama psychotherapy is part of how I work. It’s a way of thinking that focuses on the the roles we hold in life, and how we might change some of these roles if we find ourselves stuck in ways of behaving we’re not happy with.
I use as much or little of this modality as you need. This changes with each client. All sessions revolve around my careful listening to you.
